Your Pet's First Visit
A pet's first visit to the vet can seem a bit daunting, so we've put together a list of info and resources to help you prepare.
At your first appointment, we will gather information about your pet’s background, health, diet, and training. We can also address any questions or concerns you might have.
Your veterinarian will examine your pet from nose-to-tail, looking for things like heart murmurs, ear infections, and/or parasites. Your vet can also provide pet-proofing tips, training assistance, and parasite protection recommendations.

Appointment Policies
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your pet's appointment for check-in. If you have not filled out all relevant patient forms yet, plan to arrive 20 minutes ahead of your appointment.
While we do our best to make sure all of our patients are seen on time, there will be times of occasional unexpected delay due to an emergency or because we are providing care for a patient that needs a little more time. Please accept our apologies should this occur, and understand that the same dedication and courtesy will be provided to your pet should they ever need it.
"Wonderfully compassionate, engaged, professionals is how I define my experience with the folks at Fox Creek Animal Hospital. The office smells great, is clean, bright, and modern with a flair of country style. The folks at the front desk or check-in area expressed sincere interest in what I needed, took some time with me explaining the process there, and in no time I was greeted by Emory, who kindly offered assistance with my kitty carriers, as I use a cane. Emory had some sort of magical kitty vibe that seemed to resonate with my orange kitty boys Samuel and Finnegan; the calm, kind, and patient demeanor won us all over. It was my first visit there and my first meeting with Dr. Eric Henze, who immediately put me at ease with his effervescent personality. He was engaged completely with my boys, yet able to clearly explain what he was checking for, and why, and what the outcome should be. Complete compassionate professional! My orange kitty boys, which are not small, melted like butter under his careful care; it was actually quite amazing. I am very grateful, and I will be continuing to receive care for my boys here at Fox Creek Animal Hospital."
